To provide our services, we collect a limited amount of information, broken down into two main categories. We are committed to collecting only what is necessary for the app to function correctly.

🆔 User Identifiers

When you scan a QR code, we transmit an identifier to our backend servers to verify the scan. This includes a User ID (such as an employee number used for logging in).

📸 Camera Access

Our App requires access to your device's camera. This permission is used exclusively for the purpose of scanning QR codes. We do not collect, store, or transmit any photos or videos from your device.

No. We do not sell or share your personal information with third-party companies for marketing or advertising purposes. Information is only transmitted to our own backend servers to facilitate the verification process described above.

We take reasonable measures to protect the information transmitted by our App to prevent loss, theft, misuse, and unauthorized access. This includes using secure communication protocols when the app talks to our servers.

User data is managed by the administrator of the organization that uses our service. Data is retained for as long as necessary to provide the service to the organization. To request the deletion of your data, please contact the administrator of your organization.

Our App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
